Reservation Policies

To confirm your reservation we require your credit card information or a cash deposit as guarantee. You can pay for your booking by making a deposit of at least 50% of the full amount of your reservation, at any of our bank accounts or with a credit card

Hotel Hostal San Nicolás accepts cancellations up to 15 days prior to your arrival date. Unless we receive notice of your cancellation, you will be charged for the entire stay as penalty.

On high demand dates and holidays, we do not accept cancellations. You must pay in advance for your entire stay.

Our hotel charges include single or double occupancy rooms. A surcharge will be assessed for any additional guests.
